At the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, DesignWorks, planned and designed a series of new residential neighborhoods associated with the Greenbrier Sporting Club.  These neighborhoods enabled full and part time residency at the resort.  DesignWorks assisted in the redesign of several amenity areas including the tennis center, located near the new neighborhoods
