Arianne Wolfe

Arianne Wolfe, Designer I, joined DesignWorks in 2019. Her path to landscape architecture was circuitous but started early on with her love of exploring the marshes, swamps, and forests surrounding Charleston. It was only after earning a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from Tulane University that Arianne discovered landscape architecture. She loved that the practice considers humans and nature equally; that problem-solving and aesthetics are combined to create beautiful, functional spaces for all species. After pursuing a Master’s in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, she moved home to Charleston. She remains interested in connecting people to nature, creating habitat, designing meaningful public spaces, and imagining a future for Charleston that is innovative while respecting the historic fabric of the city.
